As a leading expert in AI, robotics, and SaaS at the intersection of earth sciences and data-driven exploration, David brings a wealth of expertise to spearhead Fleet Space’s international growth strategy and deepen integration of Fleet Space’s end-to-end exploration platform, ExoSphere, into exploration workflows across the Western hemisphere and beyond.

David Henderson is a visionary executive, entrepreneur, and technology leader with a proven track record of driving transformational growth. As President of GeologicAI, he led the evolution of the company from 5 employees into a 200-strong technology firm specializing in AI, software, and data services in three years, aligning strategic vision and rapid technology development with high-value market opportunities. His expertise in optimizing ROI through business strategy, operations, performance management, and strategic financial planning, led to a 25x increase in GeologicAI’s revenue under his leadership. David has also demonstrated strong financial acumen and investor relationships, securing Series A financing from Breakthrough Energy (Bill Gates' fund) and Economic Development Canada.

As an entrepreneur, and founder of H&A Visual Logger, a SaaS platform optimizing geological workflows, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to innovate and deliver measurable impact. Through his leadership in developing and launching multiple groundbreaking and differentiated products to the market, David also brings a long track record of creating substantial new revenue streams. Playing a key role in designing and executing international expansion strategies, David has successfully established operations in five new countries with deep market intelligence, geological expertise, and a full-spectrum understanding of the exploration lifecycle.

Building on the new capabilities and exploration breakthroughs enabled by ExoSphere for industry majors - like Rio Tinto, Barrick, Gold Fields, and Ma’aden, among many others - Fleet Space secured a USD $100M Series D funding round in December, valuing the company at USD $525M. Led by Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG), the late-stage venture arm of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), this investment will support the expansion of ExoSphere as an end-to-end exploration services platform while advancing AI and space-enabled solutions to enhance data-driven exploration worldwide.
