Jan holds a Msc in Economic Geology from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, and a Msc in Computer Science from UBC, Canada. His previous experience includes running geophysical surveys across Canada and developing computer vision and machine learning algorithms as a team lead at GeologicAI. His main focus throughout his work has been the bridging between domain knowledge and computational approaches. At Fleet, Jan leads the development of the core science codes.
