Vanessa is a geophysicist who has focused most of her career on potential field data processing and interpretation. At Fleet, Vanessa is focusing on joint interpretation of seismic and potential field data and 3D inversion for the identification and/or characterization of targets for mineral exploration. Vanessa graduated in geophysics at University of Sao Paulo (USP), in Brazil. Six months after her PhD, she landed a position as professor at University of Pernambuco (UFPE). Years later, she moved to Australia to assume a postdoctoral position at CSIRO, after which she worked in petrophysics at Terra and drill-hole data processing and interpretation at Orica.
